Hi, I'm Brennan (My friends know me by my middle name, Michele) – a proud soccer mom of five, with kids ranging from first grade to adulthood. I know firsthand how hectic life can get between school drop-offs, sports practices, and everything in between. That’s exactly why I started this notary service – to bring convenience and reliability to busy families, professionals, and everyday people who need a simple solution that fits into their schedule.

On-line Notary Fees
Simple, Transparent & Family-Friendly
At Busy Bee Notary Services, I believe in keeping things easy to understand – because life is already complicated enough! Our notary fee is $25+. Here is the transparent breakdown of that cost!
🖊️ Remote Online Notarization
Florida law allows notaries to charge $25 per notarial act when performing services online. If there is more than one signer, each additional signer will be a $5 charge. Payment will be collected at time of booking.
🖊️ Witness Services & Fees
Some notarizations require one or more witnesses. You will see space on your form for witness signatures if you need a witness. If you do not have your own witnesses available, I’m happy to provide them for an additional fee. 💵 $15 per witness
Please note: All witnesses must be impartial and not named in the document. Witness availability must be requested in advance to ensure scheduling.
🖊️ Extra Seals – $8
If you need more than one form notarized, the charge will be $8 for each extra seal!
🖊️ Remote Loan Signings- $125 Flat Fee

$65 if outside of 10 miles

$150 flat fee (includes notarization + travel + printing 2 copies)
Additional fees:
No-show/refusal: $50
Witness services: $35 each
Over 200 pages including copy: $20

Busy Bee Notary Services is a certified notary public, which means that we are authorized by the state to perform notarial acts.
